Build your kitchen with three of the most versatile cast iron skillets you'll ever own. The Kitchen Collection includes professionally restored 8", 10.5", and 12" Lodge cast iron skillets, each cleaned and polished to a mirror finish by Carolina Cast Iron using our sanding-only process.

We sand the metal to give you a more even, naturally nonstick cooking surface. Far better than most factory pans.

Polish level:
Choose how much of the pan you want polished.
- Cooking surface only:
We polish the inside of the pan. bottom and inner walls only.
- Cooking surface & handle:
We polish the entire cooking surface and the handle for a more uniform look.

For name/word engraving, we recommend a limit of only one name or word due to space and font size. The more characters there are, the smaller the outcome will be.

NOTE!
We highly recommend you wash and season your cast iron when you receive it. Polished cast iron will turn a bronzy color when it's seasoned. This is completely normal. It still looks and cooks like a dream.
